The fine print, kept short

1. What you're buying

A personalised gift website ("the gift") built from one of our templates with your words, photos, videos and music, available at its own private link for the period of your package.

2. How long it's online

• Your gift is online for 90 days from the day you pay.
• You can extend before it ends (+1 month or +3 months).
• When the time is up, the link closes and everything is permanently deleted — text, photos, videos, music and backups — within 7 days. We keep only the order and payment record we need for accounting.
• We remind you before the end and send your keepsake PDF (and, where included, a ZIP of all your files). Please save them — after deletion we can't recover anything.

3. Your content

• Everything you send us stays yours. You allow us to store and show it only to build and host your gift.
• You confirm you have the right to use the photos and videos you send, and that the people in them would be comfortable being shown.
• Nothing illegal, hateful or explicit. We may refuse or remove content that breaks this.

4. Music & copyright

Every gift can use our original melody, which is free to use. If you choose your own song, you accept this agreement (version ):

We record when you accepted it. Songs are only played inside your private gift and are deleted with it.

5. Privacy

• We collect only what's needed: your name and contact details, and the content of the gift. We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
• Gift links are unlisted and hidden from search engines. Anyone you share the link with can open it.
• Photos are resized and their location data removed before going online. Videos are used as you send them.
• We never sell or share your data. We never see your card details — card payments are handled by PayPal.
• You can ask us to delete your gift and data at any time: .

6. Payment & refunds

• We accept: DuitNow / bank transfer (RM) and PayPal (USD).
• No refunds. All sales are final once you've paid, including for unused time.
• We'll make the changes included in your package until you're happy with your gift.
• If we're ever unable to deliver your gift, you get your money back in full.

7. Changes

During the access period you can ask for reasonable text and photo changes (Done-for-you includes one full round of changes after the first preview). Big redesigns or new templates count as a new order.
